Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times Standard delivery: 3–5 business days Express delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value — check our store for current promotions.

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please get in touch via our Contact page and we'll look into it straight away.
